Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

Credits are a digital service. Once checkout is live, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been spent to generate a prep orbit are treated as delivered and are non-refundable, except where required by your statutory rights.

A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following month. Credits already issued for the current month remain available until the end of that month.

• Kits are dispatched to UK addresses once orders are enabled.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch; you will receive confirmation when your order ships.
• Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown clearly before checkout.

You may return unused kitchenware kits in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please contact us first at support@apollohouse.shop to arrange the return. Items must be unused and suitably packaged. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If a kit arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage.
